Hyakki Ryouran Mansion

A folklore student chasing his lecturer takes a wrong turn on the mountain and ends up at the door of the Mikado estate, a mansion belonging to old-money nobility who don't get many visitors. The family's hospitality comes with a catch: he's roped into the "Rite of Shadow Offering," a ceremony that decides who inherits the clan's name, and nobody bothers explaining the rules until he's already in it.

The mansion isn't just old money, it's old secrets, and the three Mikado sisters aren't the only ones with an agenda. Between the other candidates and the household's stranger residents, Yoshito finds the rite less about tradition and more about who can manipulate him first.
