Red takes a job reviving a dead motel in the middle of nowhere for quick cash and a fresh start. The locals have other plans, and so does his own past, which shows up looking for a place to hide.

Old faces turn up needing shelter just as the town's secrets start circling closer, leaving Red to figure out whether he can hold onto the paycheck, his sanity, and the people he's now stuck protecting.

Play centers on running the motel and dealing with whoever walks through its doors, sandbox-style, with the desert setting doubling as backdrop for both the horror and the humor the setup keeps promising. This is still a demo, so what's here is the opening stretch rather than the whole stay.
