About
A hero-in-name-only spends his days grinding through training meant to turn him into an actual protector, the kind his village and the people he loves are apparently going to need soon. The tone leans sincere rather than jokey about it, treating the coming threat as a real stake rather than an excuse.
The plot sets up a village under looming danger and a protagonist who has to get stronger before it arrives, with the people around him tangled up in that effort as much as the threat itself is.
Day to day, the player follows him through that training and the relationships that grow alongside it, including family ties that turn into something more, moving between story scenes and the people he's supposed to be protecting. The project is still being built out, so what's here now is a slice of a longer training arc rather than the finished thing.
