The world ended, and what's left of it wants you badly. Mutated, sex-crazed women hunt you through the ruins at every turn, and staying alive means staying one step ahead of them.

You're one of the last men standing in a wrecked world overrun by monstrous, hungry women who won't take no for an answer. Survival here is less about heroics and more about not getting cornered.

Play revolves around scavenging supplies, building up your Safe House, and strengthening your body so the next encounter doesn't end badly. Combat runs turn-based, and the same predators you're fleeing outside your walls have their own ideas about how those fights should end.
