Gakko No Monogatari – School Story

A country transplant moves to Tokyo to bunk with his aunt and cousins, with one stated goal: cram hard enough to land a seat at Suzuran, the country's top high school. That academic ambition is the thin cover story; everything else in the house and hallways gets in the way of it.

The setup gives you a household full of relatives and a school full of classmates and teachers, and the actual plot is watching senpai's focus get pulled apart by the people around him rather than the textbooks in front of him.

You move through days as a text-based sandbox, choosing who to spend time with and how far to push those interactions, whether that's chatting up teachers, angling for moments with cousins at home, or working the school social scene. Studying is nominally the point, but the game clearly expects you to spend most of your effort elsewhere.
