Forgotten Royals of Astella

Your father is dead, your castle is sacked, and the only thing you manage to save is your family as you break out of the siege and run for the wilderness. It's not a triumphant escape, more a scramble to survive with a handful of servants and no idea where the nearest safe kingdom is.

The premise carries the whole game: exiled royalty walking through unmapped, hostile land, trying to rebuild something out of nothing. An early ambush by an orc raiding party ends with three goblin slaves begging for mercy instead of fighting you, and their leader strikes a deal, safe passage in exchange for protection from other orc bands. That bargain is what turns a refugee march into a party.

From there it plays as a turn-based RPG built around escorting your family across barbaric territory over months, fighting orcs and whatever else the road throws at you while managing the goblins now traveling with you. The 3D scenes lean on the exposed, vulnerable side of that journey, big women, monster encounters, groping and voyeuristic moments, and the occasional netorare beat, rather than staged seduction. It's a survival trek dressed up as a kingdom-rebuilding story, and the game doesn't pretend the wilderness is kind about it.
