Fleshbreak

The dead don't stay dead in Fleshbreak. They swell into reaching, hunting masses of living flesh, and Lennox has to keep his people alive in a world where the infection spreads faster than any cure. The mood is bleak and constant, closer to survival horror than romance.

Lennox travels with his wife Horu, his younger sister Alora, and Axton, a scientist chasing the faint possibility of a cure. Food runs out, strangers can't be trusted, and every stop on the road risks turning into the next outbreak.

As a visual novel, the game puts the choices in your hands: who to trust, who to feed, who to leave behind. Each decision reshapes what's left of the group by the time you reach the next stretch of road, and there's no guarantee any of them make it there whole.
