Fading Promises

A married couple relocate for a fresh start, and money trouble cracks the foundation almost immediately. The wife takes a job that could fix their finances; the husband hates it and has to swallow his pride while he watches things unfold around him.

That tension is the whole engine of the story. As bills stack up, you steer the husband through a string of choices about trust, ambition, and how much he's willing to accept, with the marriage itself as the thing at stake.

Play is text-driven, point-and-click through dialogue and decisions rather than any kind of stat-grinding. Choices bend the relationship toward different outcomes, so the same fight can end a few different ways depending on what the husband tolerates. The current build is still early and mostly table-setting, with the real plot only just starting to move.
