About
Lifia fights her way through a card-based labyrinth, and every loss to the monsters and men she meets along the way leaves a mark that doesn't wash off. Skill cards handle the combat, but the real system running underneath is corruption: it carries over between runs, even past death, so getting overwhelmed isn't a failure state so much as fuel for the next attempt.
The setup is simple enough. Lifia descends into the Everdream labyrinth, fights and negotiates with what she finds inside, and gets changed by it, run after run, dungeon crawl after dungeon crawl.
Play is built around deckbuilding first: draw skill cards, pick fights or talk your way past them, and manage a growing pile of encounters that range from monsters to tentacled things to stranger propositions. Losing doesn't reset the story so much as reroute it, since Lifia's accumulated corruption sticks around and reshapes how future runs play out. Voice work is present, though nothing here pretends to be more than a roguelike with a corruption meter bolted on.
