Desperate Q..Quest

A plague is turning the population into mindless husks, and the job of stopping it falls to the last person suited for it: a princess who'd rather not. She's pushed out of the castle and into the search for a hero, since the kingdom is out of better options.

The road to that hero runs through the usual RPG trappings of towns, encounters, and a fair number of people who see a lone princess and decide the plague isn't the only danger in the world. Harassment, groping, and worse follow her at nearly every stop, framed with the kind of parody humor that doesn't take the apocalypse too seriously.

Play sticks to turn-based RPGM structure: move the princess through the map, talk to the wrong people, fight or flee, and watch her fend off or fall into the encounters along the way. It's a quest with a straightforward goal and a lot of detours that have nothing to do with saving the kingdom.
