Running the place is the whole job: stock the bar, staff the floor, and keep customers moving between tables, bar seats, and the stage before the night falls apart. Money earned goes back into the club, so upgrades and staff capacity grow only as fast as you can keep the doors open and the shelves full.

You assign Hostesses, Bar Girls, and Pole Dancers to cover the room, track what customers need, and reinvest profits into new facilities as the club expands. It's management first, with an actual supply chain to babysit rather than a menu of one-click fixes.

Once the club closes, the game shifts gears. After Hours lets you spend time with the staff you've been managing all night, turning working relationships into something else once the customers clear out.
