The story picks up directly from where the previous version ended, so this is a continuation rather than a fresh start, and it assumes you already know who Cory is and why she's earned this kind of payback.

The developer is upfront that there's no grinding here: no repeated tasks, no busywork to simulate progress. You move through the story with everything falling into place with little resistance, which is the point. The core game is free, with a set of extra bimbo scenes carved out as optional bonus content that doesn't touch the main plot.
