Cellblock

You run the night shift, and the block answers to you. Every new inmate comes with a file full of lies, and catching them is how you get paid.

The setup is simple: work the intake desk, sort truth from fiction, and decide who gets covered for and who gets shipped out. The girls need things you control, a phone call, extra rations, protection, and what you grant or refuse to give shapes whether they trust you or just remember what you did. Play it patient or play it rough, the goal is the same climb, from Night Guard up to Warden, running the place like it's already yours.

There's no story outside the block. It's paperwork, leverage, and whatever you decide to do with both.
