A small city, a handful of women worth getting to know, and other men who are just as interested in them as you are. That's the setup, and it plays out with a plain, matter-of-fact tone rather than melodrama.

The relationships you build aren't safe from outside interference. Other NPCs can move in on the same women, and if you let things slide, those connections drift toward netorare rather than staying yours. Where each woman ends up depends on the choices made along the way, for better or worse.

You move around the map freely, visiting locations to date the women you're interested in and raise your standing with them. Not every marked spot is friendly, though: some event locations are dressed up as dates but exist purely as traps, and walking into one means watching something bad happen to the woman involved with no way to undo it after the fact.
