Bitter Irony

A tip nobody can verify still has to be run down, and that's the job. The player is a 33-year-old former police detective now working advertising and entertainment, a career switch that hasn't done much to keep his company solvent given his boss's rotten reputation.

Digging into the tip means reopening old cases and dealing with the kind of people who made him leave the force in the first place, which puts him on a collision course with one of the city's organized crime bosses. Along the way it turns out six women in his life aren't unconnected to him or to each other, and untangling that is as much the point as the crime plot itself.

Play moves between investigation scenes and the MC's personal life, with choices steering both how he handles the case and how things develop with the women around him. Expect the usual visual novel rhythm of dialogue, decisions, and consequences rather than any separate minigame layer.
