The setup is thin on purpose: you're a brother in the association, and the game hands you a sandbox to wander through as you meet women you'd previously only imagined. Each new woman brought into the roster gets her own small arc rather than a one-off scene, and the game keeps stacking more of them in over time. There's no framing beyond that, and it doesn't pretend otherwise.

Play is exploration and conversation more than mechanics: you move between locations, talk your way into situations, and let the encounters play out with real photo material rather than illustrations or animation. It's built to be picked at in short sessions, not solved.
