Ksy did everything right: buried himself in textbooks while everyone else had a life. It got him nowhere. No job, not even at a burger joint, friends who write him off as a nerd, and an ex who despises him. Then something changes, though the game keeps that part behind a spoiler tag.

The setup is a portrait of a wasted youth about to be undone, with the sci-fi twist kept close to the chest rather than spelled out up front. Whatever pulls Ksy out of his rut seems to reset more than his job prospects.

Play is standard visual novel territory: read through Ksy's fall and whatever reversal follows, make choices where they're offered, and watch a 2D-illustrated cast fill in around him. The tags promise the usual attention to certain body types, but the overview itself stays focused on Ksy's rotten luck rather than cataloging who he ends up with.
