Babysitter

Kelly signs on for a weekend babysitting gig at a wealthy family's house: two kids, two days, easy money. The eighteen-year-old twins she's watching have other ideas, and the parents are barely out the door before things start going wrong for her.

What looks like a mildly annoying afternoon turns into a trap. The twins are sharper and better prepared than a couple of rich kids have any right to be, and they use it — blackmail, humiliation, small cruelties stacked on top of each other until Kelly's options disappear one by one. The story doesn't pretend she has the upper hand at any point.

Progress runs through dialogue choices that decide how far Kelly bends and toward whom. One key decision splits her path with one of the twins into two separate storylines that don't cross back over, so the game is already building toward divergent versions of the same fall rather than one straight line. Early chapters cover her first major arc; later ones pick up from whichever branch was chosen.
