Babu Me Baby!

A burned-out salaryman named Osanai Haruki goes in for regression therapy on his psychiatrist's advice and ends up confessing something he didn't expect to say out loud: he wants to be treated like an infant again. His psychiatrist Sakura and her younger sister Yuki, both running on maternal instincts that have nothing to do with professional ethics, decide to give him exactly that.

What follows is less therapy and more slow dependency. Haruki regresses further under the sisters' care, and the story tracks how that arrangement pulls the three of them closer while blurring whatever boundaries were left standing between doctor, patient, and family.

It plays as a visual novel dating sim, moving through dialogue and choices as Haruki's relationship with Sakura and Yuki develops. The pacing sticks to conversation and character reaction rather than branching systems, so most of the game's time is spent watching this specific, uncomfortable dynamic unfold rather than steering it in wildly different directions.
