Takumi Nakama bombed his college entrance exams and can't muster the will to job hunt, so his parents hand him an old, run-down apartment building to manage instead. It's a low bar for a hero, and the game doesn't pretend otherwise.

Running the place means dealing with two tenants, both women carrying their own private messes, and Takumi's presence in their daily lives starts pulling those messes into view. What starts as landlord duties turns into something considerably less professional.

Play is straightforward visual novel reading: dialogue, choices, and voiced scenes that branch toward different endings depending on how Takumi handles the women in his building. There's no building-management sim underneath it, just the excuse of one.
