The academy frames itself as an institution safeguarding eroge culture for the future, which is the thin justification for why female students formally request sessions with you rather than anything resembling a normal curriculum. It plays this completely straight, which is where the joke lives.

You take the role of that teacher, working through the after-school session with Mizuki as she moves from nervous first-timer to active participant across a handful of static scenes. There's no branching to speak of and no wider cast to manage, just the one rental, one student, and the school's odd bureaucracy around it treated as a given rather than explained further.
