Betrayed, broken, and left for dead in the frozen North, you claw your way back with nothing but a shattered tribe and a grudge. The tone is grim and unsentimental about what rebuilding actually costs.

The setup is straightforward tribal revenge: you were a warlord who lost everything, and now you claw back territory, followers, and standing from rival clans who assume you're finished. Alliances get forged or broken along the way, and the story keeps developing through ongoing questlines rather than a single fixed ending.

Most of the game plays out as management and light strategy: gathering resources, running your camp, sending people into the Swamp, Mountain, Village, and Northern regions where random events and combat encounters decide who lives, who serves, and who gets conquered. Decisions about your people double as decisions about your own appetites, and the game treats domination, slavery, and prostitution as tools of rule rather than side content bolted onto a management sim. It's a sandbox where cruelty and desire are just two more resources to manage.
