Catching your boss masturbating at your own desk is just the start. The new hire wants a favor, the coworker who owes you money isn't who she seems, and you're the only one who knows what these women are really hiding.

You're an ordinary employee who stumbles into other people's secrets and decides to use them. The game runs on that leverage: what you learn about someone becomes what you can ask of them, one favor or threat at a time, across the office and outside it.

Play stays close to that loop of digging up secrets and cashing them in, with some light RPG structure and combat sections breaking up the workplace scenes. Choices bend how far things go with each woman, so the same job can end several different ways depending on how much you push.
